What are your prices?

How do I book a shoot?
The easiest way to book a real estate shoot is via our online order form. Just fill in your details, and we'll be in touch to confirm everything. We generally recommend giving us few days' notice to help secure your preferred date and time.
On the Day of the Shoot
How should I prepare the home?
A well-prepared home always photographs best. We recommend decluttering all surfaces, turning on all lights, and ensuring the property is clean and tidy. For styling tips to help you and your vendors prepare, please see our Home Styling Tips
How long will the shoot take?
This depends on the size of the home and the services you've booked. A standard photography session usually takes about one hour. Larger properties or shoots that include video or drone services can take 2-3 hours. We'll confirm the estimated time when you book.
What if the weather is bad? (Cloudy vs. Rain)
Don't worry about overcast skies! We use professional editing techniques, including our signature sky replacement, to ensure your exterior shots always look bright and inviting.
If it's actively raining, we have options. We can either reschedule the entire shoot at no extra cost, or we can photograph the interiors as planned and return for the exteriors on the next clear day.
After the Shoot
When will I get my photos?
We know you need your photos fast. For standard real estate shoots, we guarantee delivery of your professionally edited images within 24 hours (the next business day). If you have an urgent deadline, rush processing is available for an additional fee.
You will receive an email invitation to a Dropbox online gallery where you can access your photos.
Who owns the photos?
Meldon Media retains the copyright for all images and videos we produce. Your fee includes a license for you (the paying client) to use the content for the purpose of marketing the property and your own business. The license does not extend to third parties (like builders, stylists, or other agents) without our written permission.
Our Cancellation Policy
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that things can change.
- More than 24 hours' notice: No charge.
- Within 24 hours of the appointment: A fee of $110 will apply.
- If we arrive at the property and can't get in, or the shoot is cancelled on-site: A fee of $110 plus 50% of the booked package cost will be charged.
